Fitness Kickboxing

Our most popular class! Fitness Kickboxing is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines authentic martial arts striking techniques with heart-pumping cardio intervals. You'll learn proper punching and kicking form while torching calories and building functional strength. No experience required — every class is designed so beginners and seasoned athletes train side by side.

Boxing / Kickboxing
Tue / Thu
Our boxing/kickboxing program offers exactly what you might expect. You will learn principles in either boxing or kickboxing depending on which discipline you're interested in. This will include footwork, striking, defense and eventually sparring when you get the skills. Sparring is optional, not a prerequisite.

Submission Wrestling
Monday
Submission Wrestling is an all level no gi class. Our instructor's background includes wrestling, judo, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This class is an amalgam of the three. We also focus on self defense purposes that can be lost when just playing the game.

Mookwang Taekwondo
Mon / Wed (6:45–7:45 PM) + Wed Sparring (8–8:30 PM)
Mookwang Taekwondo is a traditional Korean martial art focusing on forms (poomsae), technique development, and sparring fundamentals. Our program builds character, focus, and real-world self-defense skills while respecting the traditions and philosophy of Taekwondo. Students progress through belt ranks as they develop their skills, with optional sparring sessions for those ready to test their abilities.

Uechi Ryu Karate
Tue / Thu (6:45–8:00 PM)
Uechi Ryu Karate is a traditional Okinawan martial art known for its close-range combat techniques, powerful conditioning exercises, and unique circular blocks. Our program is overseen by an 8th degree black belt, ensuring the highest standard of technique, tradition, and discipline. This style emphasizes practical self-defense, body conditioning, and mental fortitude.

Strength Circuit
Tue / Thu
Strength Circuit is a circuit workout that focuses on strength building exercises using modalities such as body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and cardio stations. The goal is to give a whole body workout that challenges whatever your current physical level. All levels welcome.

Kids Programs

We offer kids programs in Uechi Ryu Karate and Mookwang Taekwondo. The age range we accept for these classes is 5 to 12. Our kids classes focus on building confidence, coordination, discipline, and respect in a fun, supportive environment. Young martial artists learn age-appropriate techniques while developing important life skills.
